Interview on Outsourcing Business Processes

As part of an interview in the Swiss monthly magazine "Schweizer Bank" , Edwin Staehli, Head Business Unit Switzerland, gave a detailed account of the outsourcing of language services. New services such as copywriting, readability analysis and reputation management were also mentioned.
