Chief Executive Officer Doris Albisser has successfully led CLS Communication since its beginning as a subsidiary of UBS, through the management buyout, and into its current form as an expanding global group. Prior to the formation of CLS, she gained extensive experience in language services management at several large banks. She also holds a degree in translation and an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen.

Chief Financial Officer Matthias Trümpy is in charge of finance and management services in the CLS Group. He holds a degree in business administration from the University of Zurich and has many years of experience in finance and management, including serving as Vice President Finance & Administration with an international group of companies in the packaging machinery industry.

Chief Operations Officer Reimer Vandervlugt oversees the entire supply chain, from receipt of an order through to delivery to the client. He is also responsible for several of CLS's international business units. He is a certified production systems manager with a degree in business management and extensive experience in general management, process optimisation and large change projects. A Netherlands national, he has held various management functions in Dutch, Belgian, Swiss and Canadian companies.

Chief Language Officer Barbara Maas is responsible for linguistic quality and specialist knowledge standards throughout the CLS Group. A UK national with a degree in German language and literature from Manchester University, she is also a state-certified translator and interpreter with many years of experience managing language service teams at several major European banks. She has a long track record in the translation field with a special focus on annual reports and international accounting standards.

Chief Technology Officer Elisabeth Maier, a German national, is responsible for IT as well as implementing and developing language technologies. An IT specialist with a degree in computational linguistics, she has extensive experience in language processing. She has held various management positions in the software and banking industries in Germany, Switzerland, the US and Italy.
